MILESTONES

Auskick dates for the rest of the year

Saturday 15th August: 1/2 time VFL game at Trevor Barker Oval at Sandringham. Sandringham V Frankston. Everyone is welcome to play. I will send further details closer to the date.

Saturday 22th August: Final Auskick clinic

Saturday 29th August: 9.00am. Certificate presentation day.

Sunday 30 August: 1/2 time AFL game Etihad Stadium. Collingwood v Western Bulldogs. This is a twilight match.

Canteen in 2010

Next year we are looking for volunteers to run the canteen and/or to cook bacon & eggs for the Sunday morning breakfast BBQ. If you are interested please make yourself known to a committee member or Nellie Clarke on 0408 163 911

Dear Club Members, Life Members & Club Families

The Committee of St Paul's McKinnon Junior Football Club cordially invites your attendance at the 2009 Presentation Day and Annual General Meeting of the Club, to be held from 11am on Sunday 13th September 2009.

The order of proceedings will be:

Trophy Presentations commencing at 11am with Under 9 Colts and working through the teams in

age-group order.

12.30 - 12.45 Commencement of Annual General Meeting.

Approx 1pm, Roast Beef Rolls will be served to all present.

From approx 2pm, commencing with Under 14's (who have requested this time slot to enable them also to attend the Bears Presentation ceremony), Trophy Presentations for the balance of the age groups up to Under 15's.

Many of the roles which are critical to the successful operation and financial viability of the Club will be vacated at the AGM - that of

Sponsorship Coordinator

The Committee urges all Members to offer themselves up to fill these (and other) important roles
in the Club. Those departing from the Committee offer their assistance and guidance through 2010 to the incoming Committee.

The Committee looks forward to seeing you on 13th September.
